General Guidelines for abstract submission

• It is mandatory for the Oral presenters / Poster Presenters to be registered for the conference. 
• All abstracts should be submitted online by the 24 th of August 2024 
• All abstracts must be prepared according to the guidelines provided. 
• All fields on the online abstract submission form must be completed. 
• Abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author, who must complete all fields on the online submission form. 
• Submission of your abstract/s implies that you have read, understood, and complied with the Terms and Conditions outlined in the abstract portal. 
• The subcategory of presentation should be chosen at the time of abstract submission and cannot be changed later. 
• The abstract or the manuscript must not disclose the presenter’s or institution’s identity. 
• If an abstract submitted for Oral Paper presentation is not selected, it automatically falls into Poster Presentation. 

Submission Guidelines  

• A person can submit maximum 2 Abstracts (one ‘oral paper/poster’ & one ‘only poster’) 
• The Title of your Abstract (Less than 25 words) 
• Abstract should be Less than 350 words 
• The abstract should contain Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion
